Free to read. The content is ours (or licensed to us); quote it with attribution, don't republish it wholesale. We work hard on accuracy and correct errors in the open, but the content is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Courses

A course purchase buys you personal, lifetime access to the course materials. The licence is personal. If your team wants in, email us and we'll sort something fair. Don't reshare or resell the materials.

Prices are shown on the page at the time of purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe. Our refund policy is 30 days, money back, one email.

What we don't promise

Results depend on your effort and your business. We promise honest teaching and a real method; we don't promise revenue, savings or that every process can be automated. Anyone who promises you that is selling something else.

The boring but necessary part

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, talk to us first (hello@theplumb.net); most things resolve in one email. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
