The Domain Problem Audit.

One page that finds the process in your work worth fixing first. It's the first step of the course, and it's free because it's useful on its own, even if you never spend a pound with us.

Or work through it right here — the questions are below.

Domain Problem Audit · P. 1 of 1

1. Your patch

What's the business, and what's your role in it? How many years have you been at it?

2. Pick your problem

Pick one specific process. "Compliance" is a category; assembling the EHO audit file every Friday is a process. "Admin" is a category; chasing the same six suppliers for delivery notes is a process.

3. How often does it bite?

Weekly or more is the sweet spot. When it happens, how long does it take, and who does it?

4. What does it cost?

Rough it out in hours or pounds per month. A guess beats a blank.

5. What have you already tried?

Priced a developer? Bought software that never fitted? A spreadsheet workaround held together with habit?

6. The expertise test

Could you mark someone else's attempt at this process out of ten, instantly, without checking anything? If yes, you're the right person to build the fix. If no, pick a process closer to home.

7. Write it down

The steps, in order, as you'd explain them to a new employee on their first day. Plain sentences. This paragraph is the raw material everything else gets built from.

8. If it worked

What would actually change in your week? Be specific — that's the finish line you'll measure against.

Done? Keep the page. If you take First Build, this is your Week 1 head start. If you book a consultation with us when they open, bring it.
